Return Policy

In the case that you need to make a return please email us at hello@shopcolle.com within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization.  We will then email you a return confirmation slip along with a shipping label.  The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.  Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days upon the arrival at our warehouse.  

Pack your return in the original box with the return slip and affix the shipping label on the outside of the box.
